Kulev responded with a raise to roughly 1,250,000, leaving a single 5,000 chip behind the betting line. 'Goofy' called immediately and, upon seeing Kulev's K♥9♥, tabled 7♠7♥ for a flopped set.
Left with just one-fifth of a small blind, Kulev moved all in the very next hand. Unable to win a flip, he was eliminated in 22nd place.
