Charlie Hook - 10th Place

The turn brought the {3-Hearts} and Baldwin fired a bet of 56,000. Hook called.

The river came the {2-Clubs} and Baldwin fired all in. Hook called off the remaining 100,000 or so of his chips with two red kings, but couldn't beat the {J-Spades} {8-Spades} of Baldwin who flopped trip jacks.

Hook took home just under $30,000 for his 10th-place finish. On the flip side of things, Baldwin has now snagged the chip lead with 1.3 million.

The Squeeze is On

Ryan Schmidt opened with a raise to 24,000 first to act, and he found a caller as Charlie Hook came along from the button. Action came to Eric "basebaldy" Baldwin, and he put in a healthy re-raise to 210,000. That was enough to fold the table out of the way and earn him an extra 69,000 to pad his stack.

Basebaldy is now up to 1,060,000 and hot on the heels of the chip leader.
