Huidong Gu raised to 6,000 from under the gun and was called by Lei Yu in the middle position, Darren Chan in the hijack, Nang Quang Nguyen on the button, and Meng Li in the big blind.
The flop came 
, Li checked and Gu continued with a bet of 18,000. Yu responded with a raise to 46,00 for action to fold back to Gu. Gu used a time bank and then three-bet to 130,000 for Yu to fold to.
Yake Wu raised to 5,500 from under the gun and Xiao Ling Li was the only one to make the call in the cutoff.

Mike Takayama is one of the most well-known Filipino players walking around and has just taken his seat. Takayama is also known for winning a Platinum Pass for the 2019 PSPC when he won the Main Event during the Manila Super Series in February 2018.
