Costa Giannakopoulos won a "small bluff" with K♣4♣ on a jack-high board when his opponent had missed a straight draw with eight-nine and gave up the pot.

His son Panayiotis Giannakopoulos dropped to a "short stack" on table two which has a new big stack in Robin Moir. On a K♣8♥3♥ flop, Moir check-raised from 2,100 to 12,100 and forced out Alfred Magani as well as Gavin Sardini.

Brooks Denied a Double

Level 3 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Steven Radloff raised to 1,200 and picked up two callers before the action reached Harold Brooks in the big blind. He declared all-in for 45,300 and Radloff folded. Dan Zvonaru nodded and opted to call, which also go rid of Fabian Deppe.

Harold Brooks: A♥Q♠ All in
Dan Zvonaru: A♣3♣

The 7♣7♠2♦2♣ turn made a split pot likely but Zvonaru had a flush draw. Nothing changed with the 10♦ on the river and they chopped it up.

Giannakopoulos Chips Up With Three-Bet Pot

Level 3 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Whether or not the wrong chip count was given during the break remains to be seen but Maria De Gouveia has a huge stack over on table two. She wasn't involved in the latest hand when Panayiotis Giannakopoulos three-bet to 4,000 and picked up calls by Tome Dinh and Wo LUCKY, who checked the 8♦7♠7♣ flop.
