With some 160,000 in the middle to the K♣J♦7♥ flop, Tutu Russon bet 50,000 and then faced the shove by Mark Tao for around 307,000 which he snapped off.
Mark Tao: K♠10♠
Tutu Russon: A♦A♥
The 2♥ turn and 4♣ river were both blanks to send Tao to the rail, while Russon had a tao of chips in front.
Menesh Keshav raised to 10,000 and Sami Matar flat-called in the small blind. Gavin Sardini then three-bet jammed for 210,000 in the big blind and Keshav rejammed.
"Should I gamble?" Matar asked when he was in the brief tank before letting go.
Gavin Sardini: 10♥10♦
Menesh Keshav: A♥K♥
The typical flip went to Keshav on a board of A♠5♣3♣Q♣Q♦ to send Sardini to the rail.
Tutu Russon jammed the river of a 7♦6♥5♥7♠10♠ board and Marko Nortje eventually called to get shown the 6♦6♣ for a full house, sixes over sevens. The A♣7♣ for trips sevens by Nortje went second-best and he left the table.
Another all-in followed thereafter when Ioannis Panagiopopoulos was at risk in a flip against Mark Tao.
Ioannis Panagiopopoulos: J♥7♣
Mark Tao: 3♥3♠
The A♠8♥2♣K♥9♥ board kept the mighty pair ahead all the way.
Three ways to the Q♥10♣6♣A♦ turn, Hongbin Du checked and then folded when Alvin Pillay bet 50,000 and Costa Giannakopoulos called.
The 6♥ fell on the river and Pillay checked. Giannakopoulos bet 57,000 with 25,000 behind and Pillay sigh-called with the words "too much in the pot already".
Giannakopoulos tabled his A♥6♦ for sixes full of aces and Pillay said he had the nut flush draw before flashing his A♣9♣.
Banks Solomons raised to 10,000 on the button and Xuecheng Mi jammed for 76,000 in the small blind. It folded back to Solomons who jokingly said "Marko told me not to punt". Solomons folded and Mi showed the A♣ before adding "aces".
No call came from Alfred Magani either when Zeus A. bet 68,000 with one chip behind on the K♣5♥3♣J♠K♥ river.
Rajeev Poonhath bet the K♣9♥4♦6♠ turn for 15,000 in the cutoff and Muaaz Gani called on the button. Poonhath then bet the 7♣ river for 40,000 with 51,000 behind and Gani glanced over at his stack before declaring all-in.
Poonhath wasted little time before folding his A♦K♥ face-up and Gani exposed the K♠. "Some ugly two pair," Poonhath guessed with a sigh.
