Tens Aren't a Big Pair For Pell
Level 30
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Susan Pell limped in from under the gun and Les Mildenberg came along in the hijack. Sean Boudreau then moved all in for 250,000 in the cutoff, and only Pell called.
"Do you have a big pair?" Boudreau asked Pell, who shook her head.
Sean Boudreau: 5♠5♣
Susan Pell: 10♥10♣
Boudreau wandered away from the table as the 6♠7♠K♠9♥6♣ board kept Pell in the lead to earn her the knockout.
"I don't even know what I lost to. You said you didn't have a big pair," he said.
"I don't," Pell replied.
"Tens are a big pair," Boudreau added.
"To me, they are a small pair," Pell said.
