Around 60,000 was already in the middle as Peter Repole and Ronald Birmingham went to the turn on a board of 7♣6♠6♥3♣. Repole then moved all in for 62,500 from the big blind.
Birmingham was on the button and stood up from his seat as he tanked for several minutes. He eventually called and turned over 8♠8♦, but Repole had J♣J♥. The river was the 2♣, and Repole doubled up.
Melanie Hennigan limped in from the hijack before Dustin Wills raised to 6,000 in the cutoff. "63 big ones," Matthew Raudebaugh said as he moved all in for 63,500 in the small blind. Hennigan folded, while Wills called to put him at risk.

Yousef Zeibaq raised to 3,500 in early position before Rex Maiden three-bet to 10,000 in the hijack. Zeibaq then moved all in, and Maiden called for 28,000.

Maiden turned over two kings, but Zeibaq had him crushed with his aces. The board ran out 9♦10♣4♠10♦Q♦, and Maiden was eliminated.
With around 40,000 in the pot on a board of J♥3♠2♠4♠, John Machen bet 20,000 from the button and Charlie Chien moved all in from middle position. Machen quickly called for his last 40,000.
Chien showed 8♠6♠ for a flush, but Machen had J♠9♠ for a higher flush. The river was the 10♠, and Machen took down the pot to earn the double up.
With late registration closed, tournament officials have confirmed there were 193 total entries into this flight. The day will conclude once 25 players remain.
The tournament clock currently shows 88 players remaining.
Matthew Raudebaugh told tablemate Nathan Bertram he looked like Jason Koon as he moved all in for 40,000. "We have Jason Koon at the table," Raudebaugh said.
"What would Jason Koon do?" Bertram said from the big blind.
"It depends. How studied are you in 30 big blind maniac shoves?" Raudebaugh added.
"Very studied," Bertram said as he folded.
The next hand, Dawn Saddler moved all in for 30,000 from middle position and Jared Kaagna called in the hijack.
