Dressler and Dwyer Chop

Espen Myrmo opened the action with a raise from the hijack to 800. Christian Dressler called from the cutoff and John Dwyer defended out of the big blind.

The K♦5♠2♦ flop was checked to Dressler and he bet 1,000. Dwyer called, but Myrmo folded.

Dwyer check-called another bet from Dressler on the 9♦ turn, this time for 2,000.

Both players checked the 3♥ river and the cards were revealed. Dwyer had K♠Q♠ for top pair, and Dressley had the same hand with K♥Q♣, meaning they chopped the pot.

Mindaugas Kriauciunas opened to 800 from the cutoff. He was called by John Dwyer on the button, and by Christian Dressler in the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of 3♦8♦4♥ and Kriauciunas continued for 700. Dwyer folded but Dressler check-called to find the 8♣ turn where he bet 2,500. Kriauciunas called.

Dressler fired a second barrel of 8,000 on the 2♦ turn. Kriauciunas went deep into the tank, but raised all-in for 108,700. Now in a tough spot, Dressler eventually chose to fold.

Kriauciunas Picks Off Sklenicka's Bluff

Mindaugas Kriauciunas raised under the gun to 700. Michael Sklenicka called from the cutoff and Alan Gilmore called out of the big blind.

The action checked to Sklenicka on the 4♣9♠8♣ flop and he bet 1,200. Gilmore folded, but Kriauciunas called.

Both players checked the 5♥ turn for the 10♦ to fall on the river. Kriauciunas checked again, and Sklenicka bet 3,600. Kriauciunas thought it over for a while, before he flicked in one chip to indicate call.

Sklenicka showed K♣Q♦ for just king-high., which was second best to the 9♦6♦ of Kriauciunas for second pair.

The three players checked a runout of K♥A♥10♠4♠9♠ all the way down to the river, after which Dwyer bet 2,000 from the big blind and Aliev called out of the small blind.

Dwyer showed he had turned a set with 4♦4♣ , which was good as Aliev mucked his hand.

Moments after he arrived at the table, John Dwyer opened from under the gun then called after Michael Sklenicka to his left three-bet to 1,500.

Both players checked the 8♦4♦Q♥ flop leading to the Q♦ turn where Dywer checked. Sklenicka bet 2,400, but Dwyer check-raised to 7,100. Sklenicka made the called.

The 5♥ river completed the board but brought no more action. Dwyer flipped over A♦J♣, but Sklenicka had J♦J♥ for two pair and scooped the pot.
