Molenaar and Naim Chop the Pot

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Michel Molenaar raised to 6,000 under the gun with Ibrahim Naim calling on the button, Sandro Taddei calling from the small blind, and Paul Carr defending from the big blind.

After it checked to Molenaar on the Q53 flop, he continued with a bet of 7,000. Only Naim called.

The two players checked the J turn, and the 10 fell on the river. Molenaar bet 30,000 and Naim called.

Molenaar showed Q10 for two pair and it looked like Naim was going to muck, but instead, he turned over Q10 for the same hand and laughed with Molenaar as they chopped the pot.

Molenaar Doubles Through Buchs

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

The hand was picked up with around 100,000 in the pot on a board that read J846. Michel Molenaar shoved for roughly 100,000 and Niels Buch was in the tank. Buch had around 180,000 in his stack and after thinking for quite some time, made the call to put Molenaar at risk.

Michel Molenaar: KJ All in
Niels Buch: QJ

Both players had top pair, but it was Molenaars king-kicker that had him in front. He just had to fade a queen on the river to double-up. The K fell on the river and Molenaar won the pot.

Ravi Sheth
Ravi Sheth

When it folded to Ravi Sheth on the button he shoved for roughly 70,000 with Emmett Mullin making the call from the big blind to try and bust him.

Ravi Sheth: A2 All in
Emmett Mullin: QJ

The flop of Q54 was disatourous for Sheth as Mullin improved to top pair to the lead. The 2 turn or K river didn't improve Sheth to the winner, and he was eliminated from the main event.
