Eiler Applies The Pressure

Level 11 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante
Andreas Eiler moves into second place
Andreas Eiler moves into second place

Sponsored partypoker pro Anatoly Filatov raised under the gun to 6,000, getting it through literally nobody, before Andreas Eiler put in the 3-bet to 14,500. That was enough to earn the respect of the rest of the table, with action folding all the way back to Filatov, who made the call.

Filatov checked the {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{6-Spades} over to Eiler, who put in a small 11,000 continuation bet. Filatov quickly called as the dealer burned and turned the {4-Hearts}. Eiler reached for 28,000 after having action checked over to him once more, with Filatov calling again. The {k-Diamonds} hit the river, and Anatoly checked a third time. This time, Eiler's 55,000 triple barrel got the job done, with Filatov folding his cards without much thought, before counting his remaining stack.

Meanwhile, Eiler moves into second place behind Moritz Dietrich.

Van Wesemael Wins a Flip; Karlic Gone Again

Level 11 : 1,200/2,400, 2,400 ante

The pocket nines of Maxi Lehmanski were already in the muck while he paid off table neighbour Sander van Wesemael on the button for 60,400 in total. It was van Wesemael who was at risk with {A-Hearts}{K-Clubs} and the Dutchman got there on on a board of {K-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}.

Gerald Karlic's second bullet lasted all but a few minutes. Moritz Dietrich raised to 5,000 and was called by Ismael Bojang before Karlic shoved for 25,000 with king-queen. Dietrich called with ace-king and held up to add further chips to his growing tower.

Hanna Doubles Through Hegele

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Joseph Oren raised to 6,500 from the button and Michael Brandau three-bet to 15,500 from the small blind, which Oren called. The flop came {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and Brandau's bet of 30,000 won the pot. "That was a pretty bad flop for me," Oren added.

Scott Hanna doubled up in a flip with {J-Clubs}{J-Spades} against the ace-queen of Robin Hegele when the board came {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{5-Spades}{A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} to see Hegele take the lead on the turn before Hanna regained the lead to restore the preflop order.

Furthermore, Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier chipped up slightly through Kacper Pyzara while fellow Frenchman Benjamin Benoit is also on the up for the day.

Lehmanski Doubles Back

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Lehmanski doubles back up through Sander van Wesemael
Lehmanski doubles back up through Sander van Wesemael

After only just finding himself on the wrong side of a coin flip, Maxi Lehmanski was all-in again, this time from the button unopened for 40,300. It was Sander van Wesemael who would take Lehmanski on again, making the call from the small blind, while Paul Michaelis folded his big blind.

Lehmanski was behind and at risk with {a-Hearts}{10-Spades} versus van Wesemael's {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}. It looked as good as over when van Wesemael hit a set in the window on a {q-Hearts}{3-Spades}{j-Spades} flop, but Lehmanski found the miracle {k-Diamonds} on the turn to give him broadway. Lehmanski just needed to fade the pair-up, and did so when the {8-Hearts} bricked the river. He doubles back up through van Wesemael, leaving them both with roughly the same stack size.

Filatov Flushes Neuville

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

The turn showed {8-Hearts}{8-Spades}{5-Spades}{J-Hearts} and there were around 50,000 already in the middle. Anatoly Filatov faced a big bet by Pierre Neuville, covering his remaining chips by far. "You have an eight or a flush draw," Filatov said to Neuville and eventually called all in. Neuville replied "yes I do" and both players turned over their cards.

Anatoly Filatov: {A-Hearts}{5-Hearts}
Pierre Neuville: {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}

The {4-Hearts} on the river came to the rescue for Filatov, who improved to a flush and doubled for 58,700. Robin Hegele was less fortunate and was spotted on the way out at almost the same time.

Hanna Can't Beat Dietrich

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Moritz Dietrich continues to run hot and increase his lead at the top of the leader board. In one of the latest hands, he faced Scott Hanna and the latter called a bet of 20,000 on the river of a board {K-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs}. Dietrich showed {8-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and the two pair won the pot.

Joseph Oren shoved the turn {8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{9-Clubs} for 51,700 and his sole opponent Jan Mach eventually folded, having covered the all in of Oren by more than three times.

Below are further assorted chip counts of the High Rollers.

A Big Double for Benoit

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Anatoly Filatov raised to 7,000 and Andreas Eiler three-bet to 18,000 from the button. Benjamin Benoit in the small blind clicked it up to 36,500 and Filatov quickly folded. Eiler moved all in and Benoit tossed in a single chip for the call, and Eiler said "good luck" before both players bumped fists.

Benjamin Benoit: {Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs}
Andreas Eiler: {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}

The flop of {J-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} changed nothing much, but Benoit didn't want to see a queen now. Both the {8-Spades} turn and the {6-Diamonds} river were blanks and Benoit doubled for 163,300.

The talk Busts; Grospellier Chips Up

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

The Talk sent his stack over to Benjamin Benoit while Bertrand Grospellier also chipped up slightly. Grospellier raised to 6,500 and was called by Philipp Gruissem, Fabrice Halleux on the button and Van Tiep Nguyen in the big blind. All four players checked the {8-Spades}{6-Spades}{4-Spades} flop and the {9-Spades} turn. Grospellier bet the {2-Clubs} river and that forced folds all the way.

Ensan and Bicknell Eliminated in Quick Succession

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Kristen Bicknell
Kristen Bicknell

Hossein Ensan moved all in from the button for his last 38,000 and Maxi Lehmanski reshoved from one seat over with the superior stack.

Hossein Ensan: {K-Spades}{8-Spades}
Maxi Lehmanski: {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

The {A-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop left Ensan in desperate shape, and it was all over after the {6-Clubs} turn to make the {3-Hearts} river a formality.

Moments later, Kristen Bicknell was all in for 39,400 from early position and Kenny Hallaert called on the button.

Kristen Bicknell: {4-Spades}{4-Diamonds}
Kenny Hallaert: {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}

The partypoker pro was happy to have a flip, but Hallaert took the lead on the {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{8-Hearts} flop. The {J-Spades} turn left Bicknell with two outs, and Hallaert even improved to a full house on the {A-Hearts} river. "I can still re-enter," Bicknell said as the time for level 12 runs down momentarily.
