Döring Flushes Skorepa In Massive Clash

Level 21 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Marc Doring
Marc Doring

A raising war saw Matous Skorepa on the button and Marc Döring in the small blind get into a raising war. Skorepa had clicked it up to 7.8 million already when Döring moved all in and the stack was counted. Döring had pushed for 25,575,000 and Skorepa said "I have ace king suited. I think you have ace-king."

Two minutes passed and Skorepa called with the bigger stack, his read was spot on.

Marc Döring: {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}
Matous Skorepa: {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}

The flop of {10-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{5-Clubs} was not just a freeroll for Döring, but a massive sweat. A blank {3-Diamonds} turn changed nothing, but the cruel {J-Clubs} on the river completed Döring's flush and he scored a massive double.

Robin Hegele raised to 650,000 and Martin Staszko moved all in for 4,200,000 from one seat over. Gerald Karlic just called and Hegele folded.

Martin Staszko: {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}
Gerald Karlic: {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}

The board of {K-Spades}{7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{8-Spades} failed to improve Staszko, while Karlic became one of the biggest stacks with three tables remaining.

Skorepa: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

The board ran out {k-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{5-Clubs}.

Ivo Donev: {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}
Sonay Kehya: {A-Hearts}{4-Spades}

The {7-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop saw Kehya take the lead and he asked the dealer to slow down for him to record the outcome. Neither the {7-Spades} turn nor the {3-Hearts} river were of help for Donev and he was eliminated.

Petr Targa
Petr Targa

There was an open from early position and then a call from Gerald Karlic on the button before Petr Targa moved all in for around 5,000,000.

The original raiser thought for a bit but folded and Karlic told him, “If you had gone I would have gladly folded.”

Karlic called and tabled {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and it was a Targa who was flipping for his tournament life with {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

The board ran out {j-Spades}{10-Spades}{3-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}

The pair stayed good for Karlick to bust Targa.

Sandro Pitzanti
Sandro Pitzanti

Hand 1

Tonio Roder moved all in for 3.5 million and Alamzad Sina called. Sandro Pitzanti pushed from the small blind for what appeared to be 4.9 million. Albert Skobelev tanked in the small blind for more than two minutes before folding, and Sina asked for a count on Pitzanti's shove before calling.

Tonio Roder: {5-Spades}{5-Hearts}
Sandro Pitzanti: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}
Alamzad Sina: {J-Clubs}{J-Hearts}

The board came {9-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{9-Spades} and the jacks held up to eliminate two players.

Hand 2

At almost the same time, Petr Vlcek pushed his short stack and Anatoly Filatov called in the cutoff. Artur Jarek on the button got his last few chips in as well before SantaClaus in the big blind reshoved to pick up a call by Filatov.

Petr Vlcek: {A-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}
Artur Jarek: {K-Clubs}{7-Clubs}
SantaClaus: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}
Anatoly Filatov: {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}

The board came {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{7-Spades}{2-Clubs} and the better hand prevailed to knock out another two players. Right after, Selim Cerci was also done to make it five casualties in two minutes.
