High Roller Waiting for Jan-Peter Jachtmann

Level 6 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Felix Schulze recently moved tables after his one broke, but didn't have to go far, moving to the next table to break.

In this hand he opened to 23,000 from the cutoff and Jan-Peter Jachtmann three-bet to 75,000 from the small blind.

The player in the big blind thought about his decision.

"Come on," said Jachtmann, "High Roller is waiting!"

Eventually, the big blind folded and Schulze called.

"I want to go all in blind," said Jachtmann, "Shall I do that?"

The flop came {9-}{7-}{2-} and Jachtmann quickly moved all in, eliciting a snap-fold from Schulze.

"Best hand I've had in a while," said Jachtmann, who will have to wait before joining the €25,000 Super High Roller.

Li Is Gone; Michaelis Four-Bets

Level 6 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

The seat of former big stack Vitaliy Li is empty and Timofey Vekshin has emerged as the new chip leader. Andriena Nutt has been eliminated as well while Paul Michaelis and Arunas Sapitavicius have joined the field.

Michaelis raised to 25,000 from the hijack and the cutoff three-bet to 65,000. The small blind called and Michaelis wasted little time before four-betting to 225,000 in order to force two folds.

Krasuntcev on a Roll to Bust Panchenko and Jachtmann

Level 6 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Jan-Peter Jachtmann
Jan-Peter Jachtmann

According to Andreas Klatt, Alexander Krasuntsev sent Natalia Panchenko to the rail when his {K-Hearts}{9-Hearts} rivered a king-high flush and Panchenko only had {J-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for the inferior flush. That pot brought Krasuntcev's stack up to around 1.8 million and he soon added more chips to that.

Jan-Peter Jachtmann raised to 26,000 and Krasuntcev three-bet to 77,000. "Seventy-seven? Is that a missclick?" Jachtmann asked and Krasuntcev shook his head, after which the German called.

On the {J-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop, Jachtmann moved all in for around 350,000 and Krasuntcev called.

Jan-Peter Jachtmann: {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Alexander Krasuntcev: {A-Spades}{J-Diamonds}

The partypoker sponsored pro had a massive draw with straight and flush outs, but the {K-Clubs} turn and {6-Clubs} river both bricked off.

Jackson Takes from Monroe

Level 7 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

In a battle of the blinds, Kevin Monroe raised to 31,000 and Paul Jackson called from one seat over. The flop fell {Q-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and Monroe continued for 35,000, which Jackson called.

After the {A-Clubs} turn, Monroe fired a second barrel worth 40,000 and received a call before slowing down and checking the {2-Diamonds} river. Jackson's bet of 85,000 was called and the Brit flashed {A-Hearts}{7-Spades}. A brief glance in surprise by Monroe saw him muck the cards and both players are now almost even in chips.

Ivlev Folds the River Against Lisandro

Level 7 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Andrey Ivlev's raise from early position picked up a single call in Jeff Lisandro out of the big blind and the Aussie check-called a bet on the {7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop. After the {K-Clubs} turn, Lisandro check-raised small from 50,000 to 135,000 and Ivlev called with just 310,000 behind.

The {Q-Hearts} river completed the board and Lisandro bet 125,000. Ivlev pondered about his decision and eventually folded to be shown the {K-Diamonds}. "I had diamonds, the ten," the Russian said. With that pot, Lisandro moved up to around 1.4 million for an above-average stack.
