Kings Are No Good for Jimmy Lee

Level 7 : 10,000/20,000, 2,000 ante

Jimmy Lee was in middle position and raised to 46,000. Lance Steinberg was in late position and three-bet to 108,000. Action was back on Lee and he decided to four-bet to 235,000. Steinberg wasted no time and dramatically shoveled his entire stack of 1,150,000 chips in the middle to go all in. Lee quickly called.

Steinberg: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Lee: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}

Steinberg was way behind with ace-king, but the flop came {a-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and he pulled ahead with a pair of aces. The {j-Spades} on the turn gave Lee some outs to chop the pot, but the river was the {7-Hearts} and Steinberg doubled up.

Duhamel Finds Himself in a Tough Spot

Level 6 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

In a hand with six players to the flop, and around 250,000 already in the pot, the dealer fanned a board of {10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}. Both blind positions checked and action was on Duhamel who bet 125,000. Action folded to the small blind who called, and the big blind put out a raise of 355,000. Duhamel made the call and the small blind folded. They were heads up to the turn.

With only 465,000 remaining, Duhamel's opponent moved all in when the {Q-Hearts} hit the turn. Duhamel was in a tough spot but knew he couldn't fold his hand. He made the call and the cards were turned over.

Duhamel: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}
Opponent: {2-Spades}{2-Clubs}

The river was a {8-Spades} making his opponent a full house and Duhamel's chip stack took a hit.

Kitty Kuo Shoves the River

Level 6 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

A fairly big pot had come together, and Kitty Kuo had her stack of 217,000 chips in the middle, putting her opponent to the test.

The board read {k-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}, and her opponent had checked to her from the big blind. Kuo shoved all in from early position and had Jiachen Gong in the tank first from the cutoff position. He folded, and the big blind went into the tank. He flashed {k-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}, and eventually folded.

Kuo emphatically whipped over {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for a pair of tens and a busted flush draw and scooped the pot.

Jiachen Gong Takes Aim at Cate Hall

Level 6 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Jiachen Gong has been collecting chips from his opponents throughout the day and his most recent victim was Cate Hall. Gong opened to 41,000 from late position and Cate Hall three-bet from the small blind to 150,000. Gong made the call and the two players went heads-up to the flop of {K-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades}. Hall bet 112,000 and Gong called.

When the turn came a {10-Diamonds}, Hall bet again, this time for 405,000. Once again Gong called.

The river was a {5-Diamonds} and this time Hall chose to check. Gong bet 1,500,000 which was enough to put Hall all in, however she chose to fold and Gong stacked the chips.
