Montgomery Runs Into Road Block of Bussieres

Level 29 : 600,000/1,200,000, 100,000 ante

Scott Montgomery has been rolling through Day 4 thus far, however he finally ran into an opponent he couldn't beat in Jonathan Bussieres. With nearly 20 million in the pot already, and the board reading {K-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{6-Hearts}, Montgomery bet 14,000,000 and Bussieres called.

The turn was a {3-Diamonds} and Montgomery slid out a bet of 26,000,000. Bussieres didn't have many more chips than that and he went all in for 36,400,000. Montgomery called and the hands were rolled over.

Montgomery: {6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Bussieres: {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}

Bussieres was ahead but still had to sweat the river. The river {2-Spades} was no help to Montgomery and Bussieres doubled up through the chip leader.

Jason Saccucci raised to 2,300,000 from under the gun, and Terry Lee slid his remaining 1,100,000 into the pot. Marc Guerbilsky was on the button and called.

After Saccucci and Guerbilsky checked the flop of {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}, Guerbilsky bet 3,400,000 when the {4-Spades} landed on the turn. Saccucci folded and the remaining two hands were tabled.

Guerbilsky: {J-Spades}{2-Clubs}
Lee: {A-Hearts}{5-Hearts}

The river was a {J-Hearts} giving Guerbilsky a full house and another elimination.

Joel Moreau's Big Slick Can't Hold On

Level 28 : 500,000/1,000,000, 100,000 ante

Moreau: {A-Hearts}{K-Clubs}
Guerbilsky: {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades}

Moreau was looking good when the flop came {10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{5-Spades}, but a {J-Clubs} hit the turn giving Guerbilsky the lead. Moreau could not catch up on the river {7-Spades} and he was eliminated.

Addamo Loses Big Pot; Eliminated Shortly After

Level 28 : 500,000/1,000,000, 100,000 ante

Michael Addamo got involved in a huge pot with Matthew Waxman. The two players got all their chips in the middle preflop with Addamo holding {Q-}{Q-} vs Waxman's {A-}{A-}. Addamo wasn't able to catch a queen and doubled up Waxman. Addamo was left with less than one big blind.

After a couple of double ups, Addamo was all in again for 4,900,000 and called by Jordan Saccucci. Addamo's {9-Spades}{9-Clubs} was not quite good enough to beat Saccucci's {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} as the board ran out {K-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{4-Spades}.
