Thomas Muehloecker Scores a Double: Heath Surrenders to Silver

Level 11 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Thomas Muehloecker made it 11,500 to go and wasted no time in moving all in for 135,000 when Alex Goulder reraised to 30,000 from the button. Goulder made the call holding {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs} but was in bad shape against the {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} of Muehloecker.

The board ran out {2-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{3-Spades} and Muehloecker moved up the rankings, while Goulder is left with 120,000.

On the very next table, Ben Heath had put out a bet of 33,500 from the small blind on a {K-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{A-Spades}{4-Clubs} board. Max Silver in the big blind made it a cool 100,000, and that was enough to secure the pot.

No Silver Lining on the Horizon for Papazian

Level 11 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Alexandru Papazian opened the action with a raise to 10,000 from early position and the action folded to Max Silver in the cutoff. The Brit clicked it up to 33,000 and it folded back to Papazian, who shoved for what looked like 175,000. Silver didn't ask for a count, but called within just a moment.

Alexandru Papazian: {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Max Silver: {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}

On the {A-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop, Papazian was in dire shape, but he picked up some outs on the {3-Diamonds} turn, which Silver also pointed out. A blank {K-Clubs} on the river sent Papazian packing and he pushed over his stack before leaving the tournament area.

Wheeler Keeps the Wheels Turning: Stevan Chew Out

Level 11 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Jason Wheeler is turning up the heat at table #37 and is playing (and winning) every other pot. Just now he got lucky to take out Austrian Stevan Chew after getting it in preflop with the worse pair.

Wheeler came in with a raise of 11,000 and Chew moved in for around 80,000 chips. Wheeler called with {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades} but was behind the {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs} of Chew.

The {8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} flop put Wheeler way ahead, and though Chew did pick up additional outs on the {9-Clubs} turn, he didn't get there. The river was the {A-Spades}, and Chew was eliminated while Wheeler build another tower on his castle of chips.

Shortly after Manig Loeser was sent packing, leaving 40 players remaining.

Farrell Takes a Big Hit

Level 11 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Jonathan Concepcion and Ludovic Geilich on the feature table have been eliminated, while Daniel Merrilees scored a big double through Niall Farrell after a raising war between cutoff and button saw him all in and at risk.

Daniel Merrilees: {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}
Niall Farrell: {3-Spades}{3-Clubs}

The board ran out {K-Spades}{7-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and Merrilees doubled for 220,800, almost halving the stack of Farrell in the process.

Romanello Busts to Silver

Level 11 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
Roberto Romanello
Roberto Romanello

Joining the action on the {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{8-Spades} flop, Roberto Romanello checked out of the big blind and Filippo Lazzaretto bet 14,000, which Max Silver called on the button. Romanello called as well and checked again the {6-Hearts} turn. Lazzaretto then bet 26,500 from the hijack and again both opponents called.

The {4-Spades} river completed the board and Romanello shoved for what looked like 60,000. Lazzaretto folded with ten big blinds behind and Silver snap-called for a reason. Romanello showed {5-Spades}{3-Spades} for the baby flush and Silver had {A-Spades}{10-Spades} for the nut flush.

Lazzaretto then busted right after to cause the second seat open in a row.

Kully Sidhu Loses the Coinflip

Level 11 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

British player Kully Sidhu is no more in this partypoker Millions 2017 High Roller. Preflop he moved all-in for 61,400 chips total, and the action folded around to Daniel Merrilees in the small blind. He moved in over the top, and thus action was on Nial Farrel in the big blind. Farrel rubbed his hands together and squeezed each of his holecards, but he didn't find anything worth playing this time around.

Sidhu: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}
Merrilees: {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}

The flop {2-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} flop kept Merrilees in front, but Sidhu picked up a lot of additional outs on the {K-Diamonds} turn. It was not to be for Sidhu, however, as the {6-Clubs} rolled off on the river, and Merrilees scooped the pot.

43 players remain after 4,5 hours of play today.

Four-Bet Jam by Ruzicka

Level 10 : 2,000/4,000, 400 ante
Kenny Hallaert eliminated
Kenny Hallaert eliminated

Ben Heath raised to 9,500 and Karol Radomski in the cutoff three-bet to 25,000 with around 100,000 behind. Vojtech Ruzicka on the button glanced over at the stack of his table neighbor and then moved all in for more than 160,000. Heath didn't ask for an exact count and folded after brief consideration, while Radomski also got out of the way.

Over on the feature table, it was Mitchell Johnson on the up but Bartlomiej Machon just topped that by sending Kenny Hallaert to the rail. Hallaert turned top pair with {K-}{10-} on {7-}{6-}{J-}{K-} only to run straight into Machon's pocket aces.

Niall Farrell is still among the big stacks, but Chris Backhouse is the current chip leader by a small margin.
