The last level of play is winding down and players are looking forward to bagging up their chips and returning for Day 3. However, there are still chips up for grabs and it's all about putting yourself in the best position when the money bubble comes along tomorrow. Jason Koon is back on the tournament floor and looking to finish the day off strong.

Joseph Cheong opened to 225,000 in early position and Jason Koon three-bet to 675,000 from the hijack. The action folded back to Cheong who just called to see a flop of {q-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}. Cheong checked to Koon who bet 400,000 and Cheong called.

The turn brought the {a-Diamonds} and Cheong checked again. The ace slowed down the action as Koon checked it back. The river was the {8-Spades} and both players knuckled the table again. "This is probably a nitty check," Koon said. Cheong turned over {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs} but Koon held {k-Spades}{k-Hearts} to take down the pot.

As the action is nearing its end for the day, Chance Kornuth has taken over the chip lead again. Kornuth held the lead after Day 1a and has had another successful day on the felt thus far. There are just 68 players remaining with less than 30 minutes to play.
