Bonomo Stacks Off to Nolet

Level 3 : 3,000/7,000, 7,000 ante

In a pot with around 1,100,000 already in the middle, a completed board of {k-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds} was spread across the felt. Justin Bonomo checked from the big blind and Guillaume Nolet pushed all in for 458,000 in early position. Bonomo thought for a minute and eventually made the call.

Nolet turned over {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} for the nut flush and Bonomo's cards went into the muck. While Nolet scored himself a massive double up, Bonomo was left with under ten big blinds.

Some other names to join the field include Dylan Linde, Dan Shak, and Philipp Gruissem. Alan Schein has also re-entered for a fresh stack of 1,000,000 chips after his first attempt proved to be not so lucky.

Three Premium Hands Result in a Massive Pot

Level 4 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

After a series of preflop raises, three players got all of the chips in the middle and three premium hands hit the felt. Steve O'Dwyer was all in for around 200,000 while Pablo Fernandez was all in for 834,000. Isaac Haxton was the chipleader at the table and had both players comfortably covered.

Pablo Fernandez: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}
Isaac Haxton: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
Steve O'Dwyer: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}

Haxton was in a commanding lead heading to the flop which came {a-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}. Fernandez spiked an ace to take the lead after hitting a three-outer. The {6-Diamonds} on the turn and the {3-Clubs} on the river changed nothing to award Fernandez the pot. Haxton's stack was slightly dented while O'Dwyer was sent to the rail.

Here is a look at some more chip counts from around the room with Dominik Nitsche taking over the chip lead and partypoker pro Joao Simao entering the field.

Schindler Sucks Out to Triple Up

Level 5 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Jake Schindler
Jake Schindler

Jake Schindler open-shipped all in for 155,000 in the hijack and Fedor Holz flat-called on the button. Sam Greenwood was in the big blind and re-shoved all in for 737,000. Holz went into the tank for over a minute before finally laying down his hand.

Jake Schindler: {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}
Sam Greenwood: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}

Greenwood was in a dominating position but the flop of {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} gave Schindler trip jacks to take the lead. The {q-Spades} on the turn gave Greenwood a straight draw but the {8-Hearts} on the river bricked off. Schindler pulled out the win for a triple up and Holz fell below 2,000,000 chips after getting off to a hot start.

Lefrancois Flops a Set to Double Up

Level 6 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

With nearly 400,000 in the middle and the board reading {a-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Spades}{9-Diamonds}, the action was checked to Jorge Morales on the button. Morales tossed in a bet of 300,000 and Pascal Lefrancois check-raised all in for 494,000. Morales quickly called and the cards were on their backs.

Lefrancois flipped over {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} for a set of sixes and Morales was already drawing dead with {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}. The insignificant {5-Clubs} completed the board and Lefrancois scored himself a double up.

Smith Binks Double Through Bonomo

Level 6 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Dan Smith
Dan Smith

In a huge hand from the partypoker live stream, Justin Bonomo raised to 28,000 from early position with {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} and Dan Smith made it 140,000 with {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} in the small blind. Bonomo called and they saw a {2-Clubs}{2-Spades}{3-Spades} flop.

Smith continued for 110,000 and Bonomo called. The turn was the {6-Spades} and Smith thought awhile and then jammed for 381,000. Bonomo called and had Smith at risk, but most of his own chips were in the middle as well. Unfortunately for Bonomo, the river was a {k-Spades} and he shipped over a double.
