Chip and a Chair

Level 32 : 1,000,000/2,000,000, 2,000,000 ante

After losing a big coin flip to Joseph Cheong, Ema Zajmovic was down to less than one big blind. She ran that up to 7.4 million and pushed all in on the button when the action was folded to her. Kevin Rivest called in the small blind and Cheong called from the big blind.

The board ran out {6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{6-Spades} with Rivest and Cheong checking the entire way. Zajmovic stood up from her chair and slammed her {k-Hearts}{6-Clubs} on the table for a full house. She tripled up to nearly 30 million and is still alive and well in search of the first-place prize.

Prinz Eliminates Rivest

Level 33 : 1,000,000/2,500,000, 2,500,000 ante

Kevin Rivest was one of the shorter stacks left in the room and got all of his chips in the middle holding {a-}{10-}. Unfortunately for him, he ran into the {a-}{k-} of Markus Prinz.

The flop came {7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades} which was no help to Rivest and when the {k-Diamonds} landed on the river, Rivest was left drawing dead. The rich got richer as Prinz stacked even more chips.
