Whyte Takes From Winsor and Bardon

Level 4 : 700/1,400, 1,400 ante

We got to the action with the flop down and reading {a-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{5-Spades}

Jamie Whyte, who had opened the preflop action from early position, checked to Ben Winsor on the button and he bet 5,000. Manuel Bardon in the big blind and Whyte both made the call.

Everyone checked on the {5-Hearts} turn and the dealer turned over the river, revealing the {Q-Diamonds}

Neither Bardon or Whyte opted to bet and left Winsor with his option. After a moments thought, he also decided to check.

Bardon tabled pocket eights but was behind to Whyte's top pair with {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and Winsor mucked.

James Eliminated by Todd

Level 4 : 700/1,400, 1,400 ante

Tom Hall raised to 3,500 and Nicholas Todd called on the button. Lee James three-bet all in for 22,200. Hall folded but Todd called.

Nicholas Todd: {6-Clubs}{6-Spades}
Lee James: {k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

"I don't lose these," James said, as the flop came {9-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{10-Clubs}, "Especially now I've got a gutshot."

The turn {a-Hearts} gave him more outs to counterfeit Todd and double up, but the river {8-Spades} was a brick and he was eliminated.

Tom Hall

Tom 'Jabracada' Hall has just joined the Super High Roller field as the players returned from their first break.

He was immediately in the action as short stack Ben Jackson moved all in for 8,000. Hall made the call in the big blind with {10-Hearts}{6-} and Jackson tabled {k-Spades}{q-Spades}.

A ten fell on the board and Hall, who won a DTD 200 event in July 2017, raked in the pot with Jackson sent to the rail.

Ben Jackson has been quite involved in the early action of the £5,300 Super High Roller but this time it was his father Paul Jackson who had a decision to make.

With the flop reading {6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} he faced a bet of 5,000 from James Leary, which he decided to call.

Leary checked on the {j-Hearts} turn and allowed Jackson to bet 7,000. Leary didn't take long to think through his options and let his hand go.

Level three is nearly coming to an end here at Dusk Till Dawn cardroom.
