The tournament staff just announced that they will play one level less than originally scheduled. Players will bag up after the ninth level today instead of the tenth after they started about 1,5 hours late today.

Igor Kurganov raised to 9,000 from the under-the-gun position with {a-Clubs}{k-Spades} and Cary Katz called from the hijack with {8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}. Michael Addamo called from the big blind as well and the three went to the flop.

The flop was dealt {8-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and Addamo checked to Kurganov who checked as well. Katz bet 17,000 and Addamo got out of the way. Kurganov put his last 111,500 in the middle and Katz quickly called.

They opened up and Kurganov needed a club but he managed to gain some outs on the {k-Hearts} turn. The river was the {9-Diamonds} which awarded the pot to Katz and Kurganov was sent to the rail.
