The 2018 partypoker LIVE MILLIONS Grand Final Barcelona €101,000 Super High Roller not only surpassed it's guaranteed prize pool of €2,000,000, but more than doubled it thanks to 48 entries in total, generating a prize pool of €4,656,000. Only the top six will earn at least €240,000, while the winner walks home with the trophy and a payday of €1,750,000.

Best-positioned to claim victory is Jake Schindler with 13.26 million chips after dominating the feature table in the final two levels of the night, as he played a vital role to reduce the field to just 11 hopefuls. Schindler's full house with ace-seven against the ace-king suited of Alex Foxen brought the hopes of the rising star on the international poker circuit to an end. Right after, Seth Davies busted to Nick Petrangelo only for the latter to send his stack to Schindler when his full house with ace-king ended up second best to Schindler's quads eights.

Adrian Mateos

In the last two hands over on the outer table, Keith Tilston took care of Adrian Mateos (pictured abvove) and Patrik Antonius in back-to-back hands with two full houses in a row. Tilston bagged up 7.675 million, which is good enough for second place overall. Jean-Noel Thorel and team partypoker's Jason Koon were among the 15 players that fired a second bullet ande both advanced with 5.65 million and 5.215 million respectively.

Among those that were sent to the rail without anything to show for were such big names as €51,000 Super High Roller champion Sam Greenwood, Leon Tsoukernik, Steve O'Dwyer, Daniel Dvoress, Timothy Adams, and team partypoker's Isaac Haxton and Fedor Holz, to name just a few of the high stakes regulars.

There is still plenty of room for moves for all finalists, only Koray Aldemir will be under immediate pressure with his 610,000, as the action recommences at blinds of 35,000/70,000 and a button ante of 70,000. The two tables will switch the feature table spotlight and cards are expected to get back in the air at 12 p.m. local time on Wednesday, April 11th, 2018.

The tournament is scheduled to play down to a winner and the highlight of the festival at the Casino Barcelona kicks off with the first two starting days of the €10,300 Main Event. Day 1A starts at 12 p.m. local time and Day 1B follows as of 5 p.m. local time, there are four starting days in total for the tournament that features a guaranteed prize pool of €10,000,000.
