The tournament clock has been stopped and five more hands need to be played before the remaining players can bag up their chips and tag them for Day 2, Sunday, April 15th.

Farrell Triples Up

Level 16 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Niall Farrell
Niall Farrell

Ted Spivack shoved all in from the button and was called by Borja Kamber in the small blind with the bigger stack and Niall Farrell in the big blind with the shorter stack.

Niall Farrell: {J-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Ted Spivack: {Q-Spades}{Q-Hearts}
Borja Kamber: {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}

The board ran out {2-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{4-Spades}{10-Spades} to give Farrell trip tens for the triple-up.

After counting out Farrell's stack and paying him, Spivack had 170,000 left. Kamber paid him and then the table got broken up. On the new table, Spivack couldn't build his stack back up again and he was eliminated quite quickly after that. On another table over, Felipe Ramos was also eliminated.

Carlos Muray could be heard from the other side of the room when he was at risk for his tournament life and won the hand. Jiri Horak was walking away from the table already and Victor Parreno was counting out 4,175,000 to pay Muray.

The board read {10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{9-Hearts} and Muray had {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts} in front of him. Parreno's cards were already closed and where Horakk used to sit, {k-Spades}{j-Spades} could be seen.
