Two Double Ups on the Bubble

Level 18 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Two all in and call at separate tables were announced and the first was a double up with aces versus ace-king. In the second hand the camera crew rushed to the table of Open Event runner up Joey Weissman, who had called the river shove of Narcis Gabriel Neceldu with the board showing {Q-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Spades}{7-Spades}{5-Diamonds}.

Once the cameras were in place, Weissman turned over {A-Spades}{3-Spades} for the nut flush and Nedelcu had to pay off 2.21 million with {6-Spades}{5-Spades} for the inferior flush.

Level 18 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Roope Tarmi shoved foe 2.75 million from the button and Kenneth Smaron looked him up from the small blind with the superior stack.

Roope Tarmi: {A-Spades}{A-Diamonds}
Kenneth Smaron: {J-Hearts}{J-Spades}

The {Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Spades} board gave Smaron a set of jacks and Tarmi departed just shy of the money. The clocks were stopped right after and the tournament will continue hand-for-hand three off the money shortly.

Level 17 : 70,000/140,000, 140,000 ante

Dimov Flops Boat to Double

Level 17 : 70,000/140,000, 140,000 ante

Dominik Nitsche sent an opponent to the rail while Ognyan Dimov score a fortunate double. The Bulgarian jammed for 1.91 million in late position and Sam Trickett in the cutoff asked for a count, then just called and was the only player to do so.

Ognyan Dimov: {A-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Sam Trickett: {K-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}

The {A-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{8-Spades} flop gave Dimov an instant full house, and the {3-Hearts} turn and {10-Spades} river failed to improve Trickett. "You had a good feeling huh?" he asked after having paid off Dimov.
