Cuc Picks Up Aces

Level 29 : 125,000/250,000, 25,000 ante

Natalia Breviglieri came in for a raise to 525,000 from the hijack with {6-Spades}{7-Spades}, but Raul Cuc on the button had picked up {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts} and made it another million to call for the partypoker Sponsored Pro. The blinds folded and so did Breviglieri after little deliberation.

Nicolas Le Floch Eliminated in 10th Place (€8,000)

Level 28 : 100,000/200,000, 25,000 ante
Nicolas Le Floch
Nicolas Le Floch

Nicolas Le Floch opened to 450,000 from under the gun before partypoker Sponsored Pro Natalia Brevilglieri three-bet to 1,350,000. Le Floch jammed to 4,625,000 before Breviglieri snap called.

Le Floch: {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}
Breviglieri: {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}

Breviglieri was behind on the {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} flop and after the {4-Clubs} appeared on the turn. However, the {K-Clubs} completed the board and Breviglieri's chip stack soared to 12,200,000.

Meanwhile, Le Floch fell just short of the final table and collected €8,000 for finishing in 10th place.

Final Table Set

Level 28 : 100,000/200,000, 25,000 ante

We won't give any spoilers but an elimination just took place on the feature table. A redraw is taking place for the nine-max final table.

We will update the 10th place elimination and the final table redraw in about 30 minutes. Stay tuned to PokerNews as we report the biggest hands and all of the eliminations at the final table. You can also watch the action unfold by clicking on the Live Streaming tab in our coverage.

Adriatik Agalliu Eliminated in 12th Place (€8,000)

Level 28 : 100,000/200,000, 25,000 ante
Adriatik Agalliu
Adriatik Agalliu

On the feature table Adriatik Agalliu picked up {7-Clubs}{7-Spades} in the hijack and moved all-in for 2,450,000, and Frederic Femont in the next seat over reshoved for 4.7M with {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}. The rest of the table got out of the way, and it was Agalliu at risk.

The {5-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{K-Spades} flop was about as exciting as it could be, keeping the sevens in front but offering a flush draw and a gutshot straight draw for the Belgium. The {9-Clubs} turn didn't improve anyone, but the {A-Hearts} on the river made Femont a top pair to take the pot.

Adriatik Agalliu will have to be content with a 12th place finish and €8,000.

Paul Michaelis Eliminated in 13th Place (€7,250)

Level 28 : 100,000/200,000, 25,000 ante
Paul Michaelis
Paul Michaelis

Sliverer moved all-in for 2,805,000 total on the feature table, and Michaelis on the button found {A-Spades}{K-Clubs} and committed his last 1,555,000. The blinds quickly got out of the way, and it was all in the hands of the dealer.

The {2-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{6-Diamonds} flop changed nothing, but the {10-Diamonds} on the turn was exactly what the doctor ordered for Sliverer, who only needed to dodge any of the three remaining aces in the deck to score the knock-out. The river was the {9-Diamonds}, and thus the German WSOP bracelet holder exited in 13th place - good for a payday of €7,250.

Scharf Shoves on Cuc

Level 28 : 100,000/200,000, 25,000 ante

The action folded around to Raul Cuc in the cutoff, and he came in for a raise to 500,000. Eddy Scharf in the big blind made the call, and it was heads up to the {10-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{J-Diamonds} flop. Scharf checked his option, Cuc continued for 650,000 and Scharf threw out three of the pink 500K-denomination chips for a raise. Cuc called rather the quickly.

The {K-Clubs} fell on the turn, and after two minutes of contemplation, Scharf moved all-in. Cuc asked for a count, but ultimately decided that 7.25M was a bit too pricey, and he let the hand go.
