"IReadYrSoul" Finds a Double; "JerseyShore" Eliminated in 14th

"IReadYrSoul"
"IReadYrSoul"

In Level 22 with blinds of 8,000/16,000 and an ante of 2,000, "njpokeraa" and "IReadYrSoul" got all in preflop from the cutoff and on the button, respectively. "IReadYrSoul" was at risk.

"IReadYrSoul": {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}
"njpokeraa": {5-Spades}{5-Hearts}

"IReadYrSoul" was way out in front and had the double secured by the turn as the board ran out {4-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{8-Hearts} to give them a set of tens and take their stack back over 250,000.

Meanwhile, "JerseyShore" was eliminated in 14th place with ace-queen to the queen-jack of "MatchupProof" on a jack-high board on the other table to bring about the official money bubble.

"njpokeraa" then doubled through "Hanadog9" to take their stack back over 350,000.

"bigcakes1" Saved By the River

"bigcakes1"
"bigcakes1"

In Level 22 with blinds of 8,000/16,000 and an ante of 2,000, action went three ways to the turn on a board reading {4-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} with 110,000 in the pot.

"reyd182" bet 16,000 in the small blind. and was raised to 87,000 by "bigcakes1" ;in the big blind "JerseyShore" three-bet to 303,000 under the gun and "reyd182" folded to put action back otno "bigcakes1," who activated their time bank and went deep into the tank before finding a call.

"bigcakes1": {10-Spades}{4-Clubs}
"JerseyShore": {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}

"bigcakes1" had called with trips and found themselves up against a flush, but the river {10-Diamonds} gave them a full house to secure the double and stay alive. "JerseyShore" was left with just a couple of big blinds aftewards, and now finds themselves with 29,000 after paying the blinds.

"PSL16197" Dusted; Hand-for-Hand Play Begins

"PSL16197"
"PSL16197"

In Level 21 with blinds of 7,000/14,000 and an ante of 1,750, "reyd182" limped in under the gun and "PSL16197" shoved for 130,000 in early position. Action folded around to "JinYang" in the small blind, who reraised all in to fold out the remaining players in the hand.

"PSL16197": {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
"JinYang": {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}

"PSL16197" found themselves way out in front but the flop came {10-Clubs}{q-Spades}{2-Hearts} to give "JinYang" a set of tens. The turn {3-Hearts} was of no help, and the river {a-Spades} was just as useless, and they were eliminated from the tournament in 15th place.

Hand-for-hand play has now begun across the two tables with two eliminations needed before play reaches the money.

"MatchupProof"
"MatchupProof"

In Level 21 with blinds of 7,000/14,000 and an ante of 1,750, "JerseyShore" raised to 42,000 in early position and was called by "MatchupProof" in middle position.

Action went heads up to a flop of {3-Spades}{6-Hearts}{k-Clubs} and both players checked. The turn came {4-Spades} and "JerseyShore" bet 59,500. "MatchupProof" called.

The river fell {6-Diamonds} and "JerseyShore" checked. "MatchupProof" went into the tank, thinking for at least 20 seconds about their decision. They made a bet of 105,000 and "JerseyShore" quickly called.

"MatchupProof" showed {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} and took down the pot as "JerseyShore" showed a second-best hand of {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}. With the pot, "MatchupProof" is now over 900,000.

"supremetny" Gets Popped Off

"Gohednpopoff"
"Gohednpopoff"

In Level 20 with blinds of 6,000/12,000 and an ante of 1,500, action folded around to the hijack, where "Stonniepokes" opened to 27,600 and saw "supremetny" three-bet all in for 103,100 in the cutoff. "Gohednpopoff" was next to act on the button and cold-called, and everybody else in the hand folded.

"supremetny": {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}
"Gohednpopoff": {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}

"supremetny" was ahead in a coin flip for their tournament life but they did stay there for long as the flop came {k-Spades}{10-Spades}{j-Diamonds} to give "Gohednpopoff" a pair of kings along with an open-ended straight draw. The turn {4-Clubs} and river {2-Clubs} provided a couple of bricks to keep "Gohednpopoff's" kings best and "supremetny" was eliminated in 16th place.

Just three more eliminations are needed before play reaches the money.
