Reynolds Busts Deeb

Level 7 : 400/800, 100 ante

William Reynolds raised to 3,800 under the gun and Shaun Deeb called from the big blind.

The flop came down {J-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and Deeb check-called 5,500 from Reynolds. The turn brought the {5-Hearts} and Deeb took the same line, check-calling 13,200. The river brought the {6-Diamonds} and after Deeb checked, Reynolds bet 18,500. Deeb re-raised all in for an additional 15,400 and sent Reynolds into the tank.

"Really Shaun? Would be a nasty bluff." Reynolds eventually called and tabled {A-Clubs}{J-Hearts}. Deeb couldn't beat it and his tournament has come to an end.

Reynolds is up to about 135,000.

Molson Bests Koon Just Before Break

Level 6 : 300/600, 75 ante

Just as the players were all heading on the break this hand went down.

Ravi Raghavan raised to 1,500 from the button and Jason Koon three-bet to 4,300 from the small blind. Will Molson, who finished in second place in this event last year, reraised to 8,600. Raghavan folded, but Koon made the call.

The two players took a heads-up flop of {K-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and both checked. The {8-Hearts} was added to the board on the turn and both players checked again to see the {Q-Clubs} fall on the river. Both checked again.

Molson tabled the {Q-Spades}{J-Spades} to beat Koon's {A-Clubs}{J-Clubs} and improve to 60,000 in chips. Koon slipped back to 33,000.
