We've been waiting somewhat patiently to find out the number of Day 1b runners since registration closed a few hours ago. Just now, the number 654 flashed up on the screen, and a quick check with the staff confirms that it's a good number.
Added to yesterday's 418 entries, the total field for this 2012 PCA is officially 1,072 players.
We'll have the prize pool information for you as soon as it's made available to us.
