An Extended Dinner Break For The Following

Danzer Danzer Revolution

George Danzer
George Danzer

George Danzer called an early position open, and a third player, Ismael Bojang, moved all in. The action folded back to Danzer, who called.

Danzer: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Bojang: {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

The board ran out {9-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{7-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}, and Danzer eliminated his countryman.

Roman's Noodle Is Cooked

Matt Glantz opened for 4,000 from early position and received a call from Joe Serock in the cutoff. Malgin Roman then moved all in for 38,200 from the small blind, Glantz folded, and Serock made the call.

Serock: {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}
Roman: {Q-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

According to the PokerNews Odds Calculator, Serock was a 67.67% favorite to win the hand, which didn't even take into account the fact that Glantz had folded {K-Spades}{Q-Spades}. That meant Roman was drawing particularly thin.

"If I call, you don't call?" Glantz asked Serock, who responded that he wouldn't have. The board ended up running out {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{9-Spades}{8-Hearts} and Serock won with eight full. Had it been the other way around, Glantz still would have won, so Roman was doomed either way.

More For Godoy

Nicolas Godoy opened to 4,500 from early position and was called by Steven Rosen to his direct left. Micah Smith came along from the button and the flop came down {K-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{10-Clubs}.

Godoy checked to Rosen who bet 7,500. Smith folded, Godoy called, and the {10-Spades} hit the turn. Godoy led this time for 16,000, eventually receiving a fold from Rosen.

Bach Rivers Full House

Joel Micka checked on a board of {7-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{7-Hearts}. David Bach examined the board, the 50,000 or so in the pot, and then checked behind.

The river was the {9-Diamonds}, and Micka tossed out 7,600. Bach assembled a tower of yellow T1,000 chips and blue T5,000 chips, and slid out 28,000. Micka immediately called.

Bach tabled two black nines for a rivered full house, and Micka mucked his hand.
