The 2011 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure runner-up, Chris Oliver, has been eliminated from the tournament. We didn't catch the hand, but Christian Harder did tell us a tale. Whether it's true or a tall tale, well, we'll let you decide.
According to Harder, Scott Seiver limped on the button and then he called from the small blind with . Chris Oliver then moved all in for 5,800 with and Seiver tossed in 1,600.
"I thought I was raising," Seiver chimed in. "I thought he bet 850." Upon realizing Oliver was all in, Seiver sacrificed the 1,600 and folded his hand. Getting an even better price, Harder called and ended up hitting a queen on the river to eliminate Oliver.
Harder and Seiver both indicated that the aforementioned hand may not have happened at all. "I wouldn't do that," Seiver, who recently won the 2013 PCA $100,000 Super High Roller for just over $2 million, said of his button limp. "Use your head." Whatever the case,

Ariel Celestino opened-jammed for 7,250 from early position, Antonio Esfandiari called in the cutoff, and Ryan Julius three-bet to 14,000 on the button. The action folded back to Esfandiari, who moved all in having Julius covered.
Julius tanked for nearly two minutes, then committed his 40,000-chip stack.
"Bad timing," Esfandiari said, turning over two aces.
Esfandiari:

Larry Ormson isn't a famous poker player by any means, but that doesn't stop him from competing at the highest levels. The 58-year-old from Elroy, Wisconsin caught the poker bug back in 2010 and has already worked his way up to playing big buy-in events, like today's $25,000 Super High Roller.
Ormson, the 15th of 17 siblings, has done well for himself in the plastics business where he got his break in 1982 when his company started making Trivial Pursuit games. His wife of 20 years, Linda, is at his side here in the Bahamas, while his four children—Heather, Jake, Hayley and Zach—are back home sweating the action online. In the poker world, Ormson surrounds himself with some big-time talent like Tom Marchese, William Reynolds, Chance Kornuth and Keith Ferrera.
Ormson has had a tough time in this tournament and dwindled down to 11,000. Luckily for him, he more than doubled up in a recent hand. It happened when Philipp Gruissem opened for 1,300 from middle position, Brandon Steven called from the button, and Ormson came along from the small blind. Mike Watson then called from the big, the flop fell , and two checks put action on Gruissem, who continued for 3,000. Steven called and then Ormson tossed in his entire stack of 9,025. Watson folded, as did Gruissem, and Steven, who had a big stack, made a hesitant call with .
Ormson tabled and watched as the dealer put out the and on the turn and river respectively. He's still relatively short, but it's a start.

Steven Silverman got his last 10,000 or so all in preflop holding and was in bad shape against the of Team PokerStars Pro Nacho Barbero. The flop provided little for Silverman other than a runner-runner flush draw hope.
The turn took that option off the table, meaning Silverman needed a queen on the river to stay alive. Unfortunately for him, it wasn't in the cards as the peeled off. With that, Silverman exited just shy of the dinner break.
