Defending champion Scott Seiver was all in on the {J-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop with the {A-Spades}{5-Spades} against Guy Laliberté's {A-Clubs}{10-Hearts}. Seiver was all in for 74,000 on the flop, and his hand held up after the {J-Hearts} turn card and {9-Hearts} river card. Seiver doubled back to 195,000, while Laliberté slipped back to 135,000.

Greenberg Doubles Through Kurganov

Level 9 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Igor Kurganov opened to 13,000 from under the gun and action folded around to Lawrence Greenberg in the big blind who shipped all in for 103,000. Kurganov called and the hands were tabled.

Kurganov: {K-Spades}{J-Diamonds}
Greenberg: {A-Hearts}{2-Hearts}

The flop came down {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and Greenberg retained his lead with ace-high. He paired up when the {2-Spades} hit the turn and made a better two pair on the river with the {A-Spades}. Greenberg was able to secure a double and now has about 210,000 in chips.

Smith and Altergott Battling; Altergott Over 1 Million

Level 9 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

From early position, Max Altergott raised to 13,000. Dan Smith reraised to 35,000 from the cutoff seat, and then player folded back to Altergott. He reraised and made it 73,000 to go. Smith took a minute, but folded, and Altergott won the pot.

On the very next hand, Altergott opened to 13,000 from under the gun. Action folded to Smith in the hijack seat, and he three-bet once again to 35,000. This time, Altergott opted to just call when play got back to him.

The two players saw the flop come down {K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}, and action was checked to see the {4-Hearts} land on the turn. Altergott led fourth street for 45,000, and Smith called.

The {K-Spades} paired the board on the river, and Altergott tanked for a bit before firing a bet of 118,000. Smith called, but could only muck his hand after Altergott showed a flopped straight with the {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}.

After these two hands, Altergott pushed to over 1 million in chips, while Smith was left with just 40,000.

Huge Hand on the Feature Table

Level 10 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
Tobias Reinkemeier - Oops
Tobias Reinkemeier - Oops

A few minutes ago on the feature table, a huge hand went down between Tobias Reinkemeier and Bryn Kenney.

It all started when Jason Mercier opened to 12,000 in early position. Kenney three-bet to 29,000 in the cutoff, Reinkemeier cold four-bet to 66,000 out of the small blind, and the action folded back to Kenney.

Kenney five-bet to 105,000, Reinkemeier moved all in for 340,000, and Kenney snapped it off.

Reinkemeier: {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}
Kenney: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

The kings held up as the board came {6-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}, and Reinkemeier was eliminated. Kenney chipped up to 948,000.

Esfandiari Doubles Through Selbst

Level 10 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

We arrived at the table just in time to see the concluded action, but managed to see that Antonio Esfandiari doubled up through Vanessa Selbst. We're unsure of when the money went in, but the completed board read {9-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{A-Spades}{8-Hearts}{K-Spades} and Esfandiari's {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds} reigned supreme over Selbst's {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}.

Esfandiari is now sitting on about 405,000 to Selbst's 230,000.

Greenberg Over Gregg

Level 10 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

The flop read {10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and Lawrence Greenberg was all in for 194,000 against Tony Gregg. Gregg called and the hands were tabled to find Greenberg ahead.

Greenberg: {J-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}
Gregg: {Q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

Gregg found no help on the turn ({7-Clubs}) or the river ({3-Diamonds}) and Greenberg was able to score yet another double up. He's now sitting on about 400,000 while Gregg's stack has fallen to 130,000.

Klodnicki KOs Smith

Level 10 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante
Dan Smith (Day 1) - Eliminated
Dan Smith (Day 1) - Eliminated

Chris Klodnicki open-shipped all in from middle position and it folded around to Dan Smith who called all in for his short stack from the button. The blinds folded and the hands were tabled with Smith's tournament life at risk.

Smith held {J-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and was against Klodnicki's {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}. Smith jumped out to the lead by flopping top pair on the {6-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} flop. The {3-Clubs} on fourth street changed nothing, and Smith looked in fair position to score a double up.

The river, however, ended Smith's bid at the title of 2014 PCA Super High Roller champion, when it brought the {10-Clubs} to give Klodnicki a winning straight to the king. Smith hit the rail and Klodnicki now sits on about 160,000 in chips.

Gregg Eliminates Chinni

Level 10 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

Jesse Chinni was all in and at risk before the flop for his last roughly 45,000. Tony Gregg called from the button and the rest of the table folded.

Chinni showed {K-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} while Gregg rolled over {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades}. Gregg struck gold by flopping top two pair on the {J-Hearts}{A-Spades}{6-Clubs} flop and never released his lead as the {7-Spades} and the {K-Hearts} completed the board. Chinni hit the rail and Gregg scooped up the pot. He now sits on about 170,000 in chips.
