He was in bad shape upon showdown as his opponent Ryan Riess had {9-Spades}{9-Clubs} in the big blind. Quads for Troyanovskiy

Level 12 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Vladimir Troyanovskiyy got his 300,000 stack in before the flop with {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}. Jean-Noel Thorel was the one putting him at risk with {J-Diamonds}{J-Spades}.

Both flopped sets on {J-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and the {A-Clubs} hit the turn. The {Q-Diamonds} on the river only made Troyanovskiy's hand better, Thorel now short.

Greenwood Busts Seidel

Level 12 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Erik Seidel
Erik Seidel

Action folded to Sam Greenwood in the small blind and he moved in to put the pressure on big blind Erik Seidel. Seidel didn't ned much time calling for around 150,000 with {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}. Greenwood tabled {K-Spades}{J-Hearts}.

The {K-Diamonds} in the window was good enough for Greenwood as the entire board ran out {K-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{2-Clubs}. Seidel out, Greenwood in charge.

Troyanovskiy Doubles through Levinskas

Level 12 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

A preflop confrontation led to Laurynas Levinskas and Vladimir Troyanovskiy being all in with relatively similar stacks.

Levinskas: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}
Troyanovskiy: {K-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}

The board ran out {10-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{9-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{K-Spades} and that would do it. After the stacks were counted, Troyanovskiy was the one at risk with just a few thousand more than Levinskas.

Levinskas was left short with right around 15,000 after the hand and he was eliminated just a few hands later with {A-}{8-} against Mustapha Kanit's {K-}{K-}

Haxton Finally Bust

Level 11 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Haxton was left with just 2,000 chips but was able to spin it up a bit into 33,000. In his final hand he moved all in for his 33,000. Steve O'Dwyer called the shoved and action folded around to Laurynas Levinskas in the big blind. He moved all in for 102,000. O'Dwyer folded relatively quickly so it was off to a showdown.

Levinskas: {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}
Haxton: {K-Spades}{J-Clubs}

The flop looked good for Haxton when it came down {7-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Spades} but the {10-Clubs} on the turn was no help, and neither was the {7-Hearts}. With that, Haxton's dreams of going from chip an a chair to winning were dashed and Levinskas was able to take down the pot and move to right around 165,000 chips.

O'Dwyer Doesn't Bet His Full House

Level 11 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Steve O'Dwyer opened the button for 22,000 and big blind Yang Zhang called. Zhang checked on {8-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and saw O'Dwyer bet 15,000. Zhang check-raised to 41,000 and O'Dwyer called.

The {8-Spades} made the board double paired and Zhang bet 56,000. O'Dwyer called again.

As the {5-Clubs} completed the board, Zhang checked. O'Dwyer thought about it a bit and eventually checked back with {8-Hearts}{K-Spades}. Zhang tabled {Q-}{J-} and mucked.
