Igor Kurganov opened to 6,000 from the hijack, only to have Chance Kornuth re-raise to 20,000 directly to his left. Steve O'Dwyer was in the big blind and stuck in his last 11,000 chips. With the action back on Kurganov, he splashed in a four-bet to 46,000, which quickly prompted a fold from Kornuth.
