Two Bets from Durnegger

Level 3 : 100/300, 300 ante

The action folded to Timothy Adams who raised it up on the button and Markus Durnegger defended from the big blind. The flop came {k-Spades}{q-Spades}{2-Spades} and both players checked to the {7-Clubs} on the turn.

Durnegger led out for 3,000, about the size of the pot and Adams called. The {5-Spades} on the river put four spades on the board and Durnegger fired another 6,000. Adams quickly released his cards and Durnegger dragged the pot.

Wilson on Fumes

Level 3 : 100/300, 300 ante

Daniel Wilson put in his last 3,300 from early position and Mike Watson called in the cutoff.

Daniel Wilson: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}
Mike Watson: {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}

The board ran out {7-Hearts}{k-Spades}{4-Spades}{a-Spades}{8-Spades}, so Wilson doubled with kings but remains short.

Billard Shoves on Moss

Level 3 : 100/300, 300 ante

Matthew Moss opened to 700 from early position and was called by Francois Billard on the button along with Sirzat Hissou in the big blind. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} and Hissou checked to Moss who continued for 1,600. Billard called and Hissou got out of the way.

Both players checked on the {2-Spades} turn and Moss fired out another bet of 6,000 on the {4-Spades} river. Billard shipped all in and Moss instantly sent his cards to the muck.

Thin Value from Winter Doesn't Pay Off

Level 3 : 100/300, 300 ante

With around 3,000 in the pot and the board reading {a-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{4-Spades}{6-Clubs}, Sean Winter checked from the big blind. Juan Pardo was his opponent on the button and he bet 2,400. Winter called and the {8-Clubs} landed on the river.

Winter checked again and Pardo threw in a bet of 3,000. "Do you have nine-six of hearts?" Winter asked but got no response. "I guess we'll just make it 15,000. Thin value," he said as he splashed in three T5,000 chips.

Pardo instantly made the call and Winter turned over {a-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} for two pair. Pardo, however, showed {j-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for a flush and pulled in the pot.
