Chris Johnson opened and called a three-bet from cutoff Scott Baumstein to 285,000. The flop came {8-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and Johnson checked. Baumstein bet 175,000 and Johnson shipped it all in for 765,000. Baumstein released.

Koonce and Marsh Go For It; Chop It Up

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Jason Koonce raised to 200,000 in the small blind and Luke Marsh in the big blind made it 560,000 to go with a stack of around 2.4 million. Koonce then four-bet all in and Marsh asked for a count. The jam was for 2,715,000 and Marsh called all in without using a time bank extension.

Luke Marsh: {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}
Jason Koonce: {Q-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}

The {A-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop gave Koonce some more outs, and the {3-Spades} tzrn and {4-Diamonds} river brought a straight on the board to ensure an unlikely split pot.

Perrault Sends O'Brien Packing

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Dan O'Brien
Dan O'Brien

The action folded to the short stack Dan O'Brien on the button who shipped all in for around 600,000 with {a-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}. Marc Perrault made a relatively quick call with {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts} in the big blind and O'Brien was at risk with the worst hand.

The flop of {j-Spades}{10-Spades}{8-Hearts} gave Perrault a pair of tens and O'Brien was drawing slim. The {3-Diamonds} on the turn left O'Brien drawing dead to the {j-Hearts} on the river as he was forced to pack up his things and head to the payout desk.

Liperis Jams Into Faria

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Luis Faria raised it up to 135,000 and Yiannis Liperis in the big blind three-bet to 525,000, which Faria called after his shot clock had run down to just two seconds. The flop brought {4-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades} and Liperis tossed in a continuation bet worth 375,000, Faria came along.

On the {Q-Spades} turn a second flush draw appeared and Liperis quickly pushed all in for effectively 1,755,000, as that's what Faria had left. The Portuguese gave it some brief consideration and elected to fold.

Jattin Eliminates Pavlov, Collects Extra Chips on the Way

Level 26 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Atanas Pavlov
Atanas Pavlov

Three players were involved in a huge pot, and it looked like Ramon Colillas had opened button, received a call from Farid Jattin and then gotten shoved on by big blind Atanas Pavlov for 1,245,000. Colillas had one extra chip in the pot, so he appeared to have called and then gotten reshoved on by Jattin for about 3.4 million. Colillas eventually folded.

Farid Jattin: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Atanas Pavlov: {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}

It was a juicy flip for both players with the dead money in there, and it was Jattin taking a hammerlock after the {2-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop and {8-Diamonds} turn, fading just one out to the river. A {10-Spades} fell and Pavlov headed for payouts while Jattin celebrated with a friend on the rail.

Knoppers Takes a Hit

Level 25 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Luigi Knoppers raised it up to 110,000 in middle position with {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts} and Talal Shakerchi shipped all in for 910,000 in the cutoff with {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}. The action folded back to Knoppers who asked for a count before making the call.

The flop came {q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{7-Diamonds} to give Knoppers a pair of queens but Shakerchi was still out front with his pocket kings. The {3-Spades} on the turn and the {5-Clubs} on the river changed nothing as Shakerchi scored himself a double up.

Koonce Rips on Martini

Level 25 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

With {3-Spades}{k-Clubs}{9-Spades}{a-Spades} on the felt, Jason Koonce bet 560,000 in the big blind and Julien Martini called in the cutoff. On the {4-Hearts} river, Koonce ripped all in without much hesitation. It looked to be 1,405,000, and Martini thought long enough to use a time extension before mucking.

Martini Takes From Duta

Level 25 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Florian Duta got through with a three-bet jam from the button when facing the open raise of Louis Boutin to 110,000 and the cutoff call by Luke Marsh. The next hand, Duta raised from the cutoff and was called by Julien Martini in the big blind.

Martini check-called a bet of 135,000 on the {Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{7-Spades} flop, both players then checked the {5-Spades} turn. On the {3-Clubs} river, Martini bet 625,000 and Duta let go.

Levinskas Walks Into Jattin's Blades

Level 25 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Farid Jattin opened for 100,000 in middle position and Laurynas Levinskas jammed in the cutoff for about 800,000. Jattin immediately called and opened {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs} when it folded back to him. Levinskas had {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} and was dead on the turn as the board came {7-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{2-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{7-Spades}.
