Ryan McAllister limped in with the K♣10♠ out of the small blin. Alessandro Taranto pulled the trigger and jammed with the A♠6♥, which forced out McAllister as one of the shorter stacks in the field.
The feature table brought a raise to 55,000 by Won Jae Lee with the K♥10♠ and Kok Weng Beh called with the Q♣9♦ in the big blind. On a J♠10♥9♠ flop, Beh check-called for just 35,000 and the 7♣ turn was checked. After the K♦ river, Beh had 550,000 behind and bet 120,000.
Lee pondered about it to then move all-in with his two pair and Beh called to double through the South Korean.
Anton Del Rosario called all-in for 15,000, having secured the pay jump. Tor Welo raised to 60,000 on the button and Anthony Tacda called out of the big blind. The two active players checked to the 9♠8♥7♣10♦3♥ river on which Tacda bet 50,000.
Welo folded and Tacda tabled the K♦J♣ for the straight, Del Rosario flashed his K♥8♣ and headed to the payout desk to collect his PHP306,000 ($5,529).
Anton Del Rosario won an all-in but had been forced all-in for the ante to receive as many chips back, then folded out of the small blind to be left with 15,000.
What followed was a raise to 55,000 by Valeriy Pak and Suya Lee jammed for 270,000. Czar Ian Marcos called out of the small blind and William Teoh jammed all-in over the top. Pak folded and Marcos sighed visibly, then folded pocket jacks face-up.
Suya Lee: A♥K♦
William Teoh: 10♣10♥
The pair remained ahead on the Q♦7♦4♦6♠7♠ runout and Teoh screamed out his joy before raking in the pot.
In a small three-way pot that was checked down to the A♣Q♠6♦A♥J♠ river, Won Jae Lee bet 55,000 into 185,000 and Stephen Nathan called. Lee only had 10♦8♦ and Nathan earned the pot with the Q♥9♣.
William Teoh check-called the K♣Q♣3♠4♠ turn for 130,000 and the 6♥ river for 350,000 while in the under-the-gun position. David Erquiaga was the aggressor on the button and flashed the 9♣8♣ for a busted flush draw. Teoh had that beat with the A♦K♥ and dragged in a healthy pot.
After two quick eliminations on the outer and feature table, the field has been reduced to the last 16 contenders and they are redrawing for the final two tables. All updates from now on will be on a 30-minute delay according to the live stream coverage.
On the outer table, Henrik Tollefsen raised it up and fellow countryman Tor Welo called out of the big blind. Welo check-raised the 10♣9♠7♣ flop small and instantly called the shove by Tollefsen.
Henrik Tollefsen: A♣A♦
Tor Welo: 8♦6♠
The flopped straight of Welo had Tollefsen on very thin ice, and he failed to get there with the Q♣ turn and Q♠ river to become the 17th place finisher.
