Gary Thompson raised to 160,000 with the 10♥7♥ and Ajitpal Singh jammed for nearly 1.9 million in the cutoff with the A♠A♦. Danny Tang asked for a count and folded the A♥J♥, all opponents let go, too.
Eng Siang Ewe opened to 160,000 with the 10♦9♦ and Takashi Ogura defended out of the big blind with the A♥10♥. The A♣Q♦9♠ flop was checked by Ogura and Ewe made it 120,000 to go. Ogura then check-raised to 470,000 and Ewe reluctantly folded.
Ajitpal Singh raised with the J♦J♣ and Danny Tang defended the 4♣3♦ out of the big blind. On a K♣9♥2♥ flop, Singh was first to act and bet, forcing out Tang right away.
Tang then limped the small blind with the Q♣3♣ and chip leader Eng Soon Ewe checked the 10♣7♣. The Q♠6♥4♥ flop was checked, as was the A♣ turn. Tang then bet the 2♣ river and Ewe folded.
The next small blind shove by Takashi Ogura in the small blind was once more called by Eng Siang Ewe.

The J♣9♣3♣ flop gave Ogura a ton of outs and while he bricked the 3♠ turn, the A♣ river provided the required help for Ogura to leap back into the middle of the pack.
Shortly after the tiny triple up, Takashi Ogura was at risk again with the A♥A♣ and Eng Soon Ewe looked him up with the Q♠9♥.
The Q♦8♣2♣8♦K♦ runout awarded a double-up to the Japanese. He then jammed an ace soon after to win the blinds and big blind ante.

Danny Tang raised in the hijack and Takashi Ogura called all-in on the button, Gary Thompson in the big blind called holding the J♥8♥.
Tang bet the 7♦5♣2♦ flop to force out the Irishman and Ogura was ahead in the following showdown.

The dominated ace had pulled in front but the 2♠6♣ on turn and river brought no upset.
Eng Soon Ewe raised the A♦6♦ and then saw Takashi Ogura jam out of the small blind into the big blind of Eng Siang Ewe, who happily called with the best of it. The big stack folded and the cards were revealed.

Ewe would have knocked out his brother, who doubled thanks to a Q♠10♦6♠6♣3♦ board. Ogura saw his stack reduced to fumes, and has a mountain to climb.
Takashi Ogura raised to 120,000 with the 8♠8♥ and Gary Thompson defended the 9♦7♦ out of the big blind. Nothing much happened after the 4♠3♠3♥ flop as Thompson quickly folded to a continuation bet.
Thompson then opened to 120,000 with the J♥J♣ from under the gun and Eng Siang Ewe called in the big blind holding K♠10♥. The 4♦3♦2♦ flop was checked by Ewe, Thompson bet 60,000 and took it down.
