Pushing, Shoving, Folding, and Chopping

Level 16 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

The chips have been flying all over the place, but not necessarily staying in one stack.

First Mikita Badziakouski and Kui Song Wu chopped a pot when they both had ace-high and shoved preflop. the two pair that came on the flop and turn ensured they chopped the blinds and antes.

Then, Badziakouski and James Chen chopped when they both shoved with ace-king.

Badziakouski then shoved for 585,000 from the cutoff when Ye Wang had raised to 60,000 in the hijack. Wang didn't want to put his tournament life at risk.

But then Takashi Ogura shoved from the button on Badziakouski when he had raised to 70,000 in the hijack. Badziakouski looked at his cards again before saying goodbye to them.

Level 15 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

First Takashi Ogura lost some chips when he called the 62,000 raise of Ye Wang who was sitting in the cutoff. The flop came {J-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and Ogura check-folded his big blind when Wang put him all-in.

Then Michael Addamo raised to 48,000 from under the gun. Kui Song Wu three-bet to 150,000 from the button. Ogura shoved for 110,000 in total in the small blind. Addamo looked at Wu's stack and bet, and then decided to fold. Wu grabbed 40,000 back and Ogura flipped over his cards.

Takashi Ogura: {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}
Kui Song Wu: {9-Spades}{7-Spades}

Checking All the Way Through

Level 15 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

Shan Huang raised to 48,000 from the button to be nice to Mikita Badziakouski (in his own words). Badziakouski looked down at his cards in the big blind and glanced at both his own and Huang's stack.

"Whatever you do, I will snap!" Huang said to Badziakouski. "Snap-call, snap-fold, or snap-shove!"

Badziakouski just called.

They both checked through the whole {3-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} board. Badziakouski tabled {a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} which wasn't good enough against the {7-Spades}{6-Spades} of Huang.
