Coming off a second place finish for $561,000, Matt Hyman has just taken his seat to the left of Daniel Negreanu. Hyman fell just short, losing a long heads-up battle to Nick Schulman in Event #1. Schulman has elected not to play this second event today, so Hyman will be looking to gain some ground in the battle for the Purple Jacket.
Ben Tollerene has quickly re-entered the tournament and is now seated on table four between Dan Smith and Tom Marchese.
Justin Bonomo and Ben Tollerene have both been eliminated from the tournament.
For Bonomo, it was his second and last bullet, while Tollerene has one to spare.
Dan Smith opened with a raise to 7,000 and Tom Marchese three-bet the button. Smith committed his final 62,000 and Marchese called.

and Smith doubled through to over 130,000 while Marchese dropped below 600,000.
Bryn Kenney was one of the early casualties here in Event #2, but that doesn't stop him from looking to stay atop the GPL Player of the Year race.
Unfortunately for Kenney, with Koray Aldemir cashing in Event #1, he now takes the top spot off Kenney.
