From under the gun, Elio Fox raised to 2,500 and Maurice Hawkins called in the small blind.

Level 1 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Scott Seiver limped the small blind and Dominik Nitsche checked his option in the big.

The flop landed {8-Clubs}{3-Spades}{3-Clubs} and Seiver bet out 1,000 only to have Nitsche raise to 3,000. Seiver called, and then both players checked down the {8-Diamonds} and {4-Hearts} on the turn and river.

Igor Kurganov

Igor Kurganov was the first player to go bust in Event #1, and he followed suit in Event #2.

This time, he bet 11,500 into 17,500 on the river from the big blind. The board read {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}. Brian Rast moved all in, covering Kurganov's 65,000 or so. Kurganov used a time extension then dropped in calling chips.

Rast showed {a-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for the flopped flush and Kurganov flung his cards into the muck.

"Ace-ten," he said. "Guess I can catch a flight now."
