"You Always Show Me a Bluff Here"

Level 4 : 1,000/1,500, 2,000 ante
Ben Lamb
Ben Lamb

Ben Lamb checked in the small blind on {2-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{j-Hearts} and big blind Keith Lehr bet 16,000. Lamb called and the turn was the {10-Hearts}. Lamb checked again and Lehr snap-potted. It was 57,000. Lamb used an extension as he thought.

"So sick," he said. "You always show me a bluff here."

Eventually, he folded. Lehr didn't show.

"If you had the nut flush, you're an idiot," Lamb said.

"Why am I an idiot?"

"I would have called a smaller bet."

"Maybe I didn't want you to call a smaller bet."

Flush for Shak on the River

Level 4 : 1,000/1,500, 2,000 ante

On the turn with the board reading {K-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{5-Spades}{2-Hearts}, Dan Shak bet 6,500 from the button. Ryan Tosoc check-raised the small blind to 30,000, and Dominik Nitsche called in the big blind.

Shak called also, and the river landed the {4-Hearts} and both Tosoc and Nitsche checked.

Shak bet 65,000, and Tosoc and Nitsche folded.

Shak tabled his {A-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades} for the nut flush, and scooped in the pot.

Aces for Shak

Level 4 : 1,000/1,500, 2,000 ante

Sam Soverel raised the cutoff to 5,500 and Dan Shak three-bet the button to 20,000.

Soverel called, and then both players checked down the {3-Spades}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} board.

Soverel tabled his {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades}, but it would be Shak's {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{6-Hearts} that would see him collect the pot.
