Flush for Davies

Level 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

On a flop of {9-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}, Seth Davies bet out 2,500 from under the gun, and Cary Katz folded the button as Rainer Kempe called in the big blind.

The turn fell the {A-Diamonds} and Kempe check-called a bet of 6,500 as the river of the {K-Diamonds} completed the board.

Kempe led out for 5,500 and Davies called.

Kempe tabled his {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}, but it would be Davies' {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for a flush that would see him collect the pot.

Old Rivals Clash

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Christoph Vogelsang and Jake Schindler, who went first and second respectively in last year's Super High Roller Bowl, just got in a three-bet pot when Schindler opened for 2,500 and Vogelsang three-bet to 8,500 on his left in the cutoff. Schindler came along for the {2-Clubs}{7-Spades}{9-Diamonds} flop and check-called 9,000. The turn brought the {a-Hearts} and Schindler checked. Vogelsang announced "15K" just before his time was up and Schindler folded.

Two Pair for Shak

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Seth Davies opened to 2,500 from under the gun, and both Dan Shak and Rainer Kempe called in the blinds.

The {9-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} board was checked down to the river and Shak tabled his {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts} and both Kempe and Davies mucked.

Three-Bet Pot to Peters

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Jason Koon reraised to 17,000 before the flop out of the big blind and David Peters called on the button. Koon continued for 9,000 on the {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop and Peters stuck around. On the {5-Diamonds} turn, Koon checked. Peters used nearly his whole 30 seconds before betting 28,000 and Koon's cards were in the muck shortly after that.

Greenberg Doubles Through Fox with Quads

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante
Larry Greenberg
Larry Greenberg

Justin Ligeri, Elio Fox, and Larry Greenberg committed 4,500 each preflop to see a {7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{A-Spades} flop.

Ligeri checked, Fox bet 5,500 in the hijack, and Greenberg called in the cutoff as Ligeri folded.

The turn fell the {7-Hearts} and Fox bet 21,000. Greenberg was forced to use a time extension chip before calling as the {K-Clubs} completed the board on the river.

Fox shoved all in for roughly 140,000, and Greenberg snapped him off for his last 68,000.

Fox tabled his {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts} for aces-up, but it would be Greenberg's {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} for quads that would earn him the double.

Katz Three-Barrels Out Kempe

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Two players checked to Cary Katz on the button on {q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and he bet 6,500. Rainer Kempe called in the big blind and it was heads up to the {7-Hearts}. Kempe check-called 20,000. The river brought the {3-Spades} and Kempe checked. Katz splashed in 34,500 and Kempe tanked, using a time extension before folding at the buzzer.
