Haxton Shoves River on Nitsche

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

On a board of {4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{8-Hearts} with around 26,000 in the middle, Dominik Nitsche bet 40,000 and Isaac Haxton called.

The river fell the {K-Clubs} and Nitsche now opted to check. Haxton announced he was all in for 180,000, and Nitsche folded.

Adams First to Rail

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante
Brandon Adams
Brandon Adams

Brandon Adams raised to 14,000 in the big blind and Justin Bonomo called in the cutoff. The flop brought {2-Spades}{10-Spades}{8-Spades} and Adams bet 16,000. Bonomo continued to the {3-Diamonds} turn. Adams jammed for about 75,000 and Bonomo quickly called.

Adams: {k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}
Bonomo: {j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

Bonomo's overpair was in great shape, and the {3-Clubs} river missed Adams.

Peters Misses Some Outs

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

David Peters checked and called 9,000 from Rainer Kempe on {10-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and the {10-Clubs} hit the river. Both players checked and Peters tabled {k-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}. Kempe had {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}, having dodged the nut flush draw and several other cards on the end.

Spades and a Chip up for Davies

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Dan Smith opened to 2,500 from under the gun and Seth Davies called next to act. Brandon Adams three-bet his button to 13,000, and both Smith and Davies called.

The flop landed {J-Spades}{6-Spades}{6-Clubs} and Smith and Davies checked to Adams who continued for 22,000. Smith called, as did Davies, and then the {9-Diamonds} on the turn checked through.

The river fell the {2-Spades}, and Smith announced a bet of 28,000. Davies called, as did Adams.

Smith revealed his {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}, and Adams his {K-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}. However, it would be Davies' {A-Spades}{7-Spades} for the nut flush that would earn him the pot.

Koon Folds "Huge F****** Hand"

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Jason Koon overbet with 10,000 from the small blind on a board of {9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} and Nick Petrangelo called in the big. The river was a {10-Clubs} and Koon downbet 5,500. Petrangelo dropped in a stack of chips to set him in for his last 30,000 or so.

Koon thought for awhile and used a time extension then lifted his hand and leaned over to show the dealer.

"What do you think of that?" he said. "That's a huge f****** hand, isn't it?"

He dropped it in the muck.

Bonomo Finds a Heart on the River to Double

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante
Justin Bonomo
Justin Bonomo

Brian Rast opened the button to 3,000 and Justin Bonomo three-bet the small blind to 13,000.

Rast called, and on the {3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{7-Spades} flop, Bonomo continued for 20,000 and Rast called.

The turn fell the {A-Hearts}, and Bonomo announced he was all in for 61,500, and Rast snap-called.

Bonomo: {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}
Rast: {A-Clubs}{5-Clubs}

Bonomo was at-risk holding a flush draw against Rast's top pair and gutshot.

Fortunately for the 2018 Super High Roller Bowl Champion, the river landed the {4-Hearts}, and Bonomo scooped a double back to being just shy of the starting stack.
