Bogdanovski Doubles

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

John Bogdanovski open shoved all-in with {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and was up against the {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} of Michael Oscuro.

The flop {3-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} gave Bogdanovski the lead, and a river {6-} just confirmed it for good measure to secure the double-up.

The Other Table Of Stacks

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Level: 24

Blinds: 20,000/40,000

Ante: 40,000

A Table of Stacks

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Arrilucea Out in 16th ($3,000)

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Luis Arrilucea got in all-in pre-flop with pocket jacks up against Didier Guerin's {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}. The board ran out {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and Luis Arrilucea was eliminated in 16th place.

Adnan Wins Some Off Oscuro

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Adnan Al-Maliki raised pre-flop to 80,000 and Michael Oscuro defended his big blind. On the {7-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop, Oscuro check-called Al-Maliki's bet of 120,000. The turn was the {4-Diamonds} and Oscuro check-folded against a second barrel of 120,000.

"That one's a bluff", he said trying to induce a show, as Al-Maliki was slowly about to muck, though Al-Maliki didn't go for it and mucked the winning hand.

Flurry of All-Ins, Khoueis Out in 18th ($3,000), Kominos in 17th ($3,000)

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

After a flurry of all-ins, Josh Norvock doubled through Didier Guerin, David Hirst had pocket aces against John Bogdanovski which held up, and Suzy Khoueis was also all-in against Joseph Antar, although her {k-}{10-} did not improve against the {a-}{q-} of Joseph Antar. Khoueis finished in 18th place.

Peter Kominos was the next to go, with {a-Spades}{10-Spades} against the pockets kings of Kiavash Arbabi. Two spades on the flop looked good, but he did not get there to leave the field with 16.

Ace versus Ace

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

At the turn on a board of {a-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{2-Spades} and the pot about 400,000, Adnan Al-Maliki bet 165,000 and Kiavash Arbabi moved in for an extra 315,000. Al-Maliki counted out calling chips and tanked, then folded, showing the {a-Spades}. Arbabi also showed the {a-Diamonds}.
