Checking a Straight Flush on the River

David Hirst opened UTG with and in the big blind, Sailendra "Sunny" Sha called with .
The flop brought two hearts and gave each player a flush draw, with Hirst the nut-flush draw, and Sha check-called the 7,500 bet of Hirst.
The turn came , giving both players the flush, and again Sha check-called Hirst's bet, this time for 16,000.
When the river came , giving Sha the top-end straight flush, he tank-checked.
Hirst, who himself held the lower-end straight flush, checked back, much to the dismay of Sha.
"I can read you well, Sunny," Hirst said to Sha.
