Pots for Simao and Ausmus
Action was caught on the river in the blind on blind battle between Clemen Deng and Joao Simao. Deng, the small blind, had a bet of 8,000 out in front of him on the 10♥Q♦9♦K♦6♦ board. Simao made it 40,000 and Deng folded.
On a nearby table, Igor Yaroshevskyy had bet the K♦2♣3♦3♥ board from the big blind. Jeremy Ausmus made it 41,000 from the button and Yaroshevskyy called.
There was around 90,000 in the pot when. the 6♣ completed the board. Yaroshevskyy checked, and Ausmus bey 75,000. Yaroshevskyy went deep into the tank, using five time extensions as he mulled over his options.
A slam on the table with chips came from Yaroshevskyy, along with a deep exhale that rippled his cheeks. Just as a sixth time bank was about to go in, Yaroshevskyy called.
Ausmus tabled Ax3x for trip threes, with Yaroshevskyy flashing the final 3x before mucking.
