Wilson Finally Bursts the Bubble

Justin Vaysman raised to 50,000 from under the gun, and it folded to Brock Wilson in the small blind who three-bet to 200,000. Then the big blind Kent Stephens moved all in for 230,000 in the big blind. Vaysman folded, and Wilson made the call to put Stephens at risk.

It was a flip for Stephens tournament life, and he stayed in front after the 6104 flop, but the K hit Wilson on the turn to give him the lead. The river was the J to give Wilson the pot and make Stephens the unfortunate bubble boy.

Action was picked up on the flop in a three-bet pot between Brock Wilson and Kent Stephens.

The flop came 679 and Wilson check-called a bet of 75,000 from Stephens.

Both players checked after the 8 on the turn, to see the 4 on the river. Wilson then bet out 150,000, and after giving it some thought, got Stephens to muck and give Wilson the pot.

Action folded to Andrew Lichtenberger on the button who moved all in for 140,000. Jeremy Becker in the small blind then raised to 250,000, which got the big blind out, and the two players heads up with Lichtenberger at risk.

Becker had aces and Lichtenberger on the brink of elimination. But the 6910 flop gave Lichtenberger some hope, and he picked up extra outs after the 3 on the turn. But the 10 on the river was no help, giving Becker the pot as Lichtenberger was eliminated just shy of the money.

Schulman Takes It Down

Landon Tice raised from under the gun to 40,000, and was called by both the small blind Darren Elias and the big blind Nick Schulman.

All three players checked the 276 flop, to see the 6 on the turn. Elias checked again, but Schulman bet out 80,000, which got two quick folds from Tice and Elias to give the pot to Schulman.
