Foxen and Ausmus Lead Final Five in USPO Event #7
The fourth and final $10k buy-in of the 2026 U.S. Poker Open plays down to a winner today, with the five remaining players from the 70-entry field returning to the PokerGo Studio and the action getting underway at 11:45 a.m.
Alex Foxen is best positioned to take home the lion’s share of the $700,000 prize pool, starting with well over half the chips in play at 4,820,000. Foxen is most closely followed by Jeremy Ausmus, who leads the five remaining players in this event on the USPO series leaderboard.
Ausmus currently sits in fourth in the USPO standings with 262 PGT points from his three cashes this series, which include two runner-up finishes. He would earn another 210 PGT points with a win in this event, which would put him right behind Brock Wilson for the top spot on the series leaderboard. The winner of the USPO leaderboard at the end of the series will receive a $25,000 PGT passport, as well as the prestigious Golden Eagle trophy.
