Flashback: "LuckyChewy" Knocks Out Every Player at PokerGO Cup Final Table

After a red-hot start to the year on the PokerGO Tour (PGT) that included a runner-up finish in the $1 million freeroll and a victory in a PGT Kickoff event, Andrew Lichtenberger had just one cash PokerGO Cup heading into the series finale.

But "LuckyChewy" stayed focused and it paid off with a victory in Event #10: $15,000 NLH to win $257,400 and the final trophy of the series. Lichtenberger overcame an overwhelming chip lead by fellow PokerGO Studio regular Sam Soverel, who earned $163,800 for his runner-up finish.

The flop came J♥5♠4♦, and Deng check-called a 15,000 continuation bet from Ausmus.

Deng check-called a 50,000 bet from Ausmus on the K♠ turn, before both players checked the 2♣ river. Deng turned over a pair with 6♠4♠, which was enough to win the hand.

The flop came 4♦5♠7♥. Brinkenhoff checked, Zobian bet 8,500, Shorr called, and Brinkenhoff folded.

Both players checked the 9♥ turn, leading to the 5♦ river. Zobian fired a 70,000 overbet, and Shorr moved all-in for around 210,000. Zobian called, barely covering Shorr.

Shorr turned over trips with A♣5♣. Zobian showed a straight with 8♠6♠ to win the hand, while Shorr quickly reentered.
