Berk Putting on the Pressure
Level 12
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Marius Gierse raised to 24,000 on the button, and was called by the big blind Michael Berk.
After the 4♠7♥K♦ flop, Berk checked to Gierse, who bet out 16,000. Berk then raised to 45,000, which was called by Gierse.
The turn was the K♥, and Berk fired another bet, this time 115,000. That was enough to chase out Gierse, who mucked his hand to give the pot to Berk.
