Unbelievable, Incredible, Amazing Quadruple-up for Fortey

Says "Hi" to the kids
Says "Hi" to the kids
OK, this is complicated.

Christian Fischbacher limped in under the gun. To his left, Simon Kullenberg pushed all in for his last 2,800. It folded around to Colin Fortey on the small blind, who called all in for just 2,600. On the big blind, Mark Vos then raised to 7,000 -- only for Fischbacher to reraise to 20,000.

Vos tanked up for a long time, sitting back in his chair and meditating upon the felt. Eventually he passed.

Kullenberg: {A-Spades} {Q-Spades}
Fortey: {7-Spades} {5-Spades}
Fischbacher: {A-Clubs} {Q-Clubs}
Vos: "F***! What a bitch! I was so close to pushing..."

Board: {5-Hearts} {5-Diamonds} {3-Hearts} {9-Clubs} {7-Diamonds}

Fortey pulled a full house out of thin air to quadruple up, and the dealer initially declared Kullenberg busted before realizing his mistake and giving him back his 200 change.

Fortey: "Make sure you put a big headline on that..."

Seb Go

Sébastien Vincent has been eliminated at the hands of neighbor Yong Hui Jiang. With Vincent pushing his short-stack in from the small blind, Jiang quickly made the call with {A-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} in the big. He was ahead, as Vincent had two lowly, but live cards in {5-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}.

The {2-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{K-Clubs} board was close, but no cigar, and Vincent was sent packing.

Wolfgang van Breukelen Eliminated

A curious three-way hand just took place on Table 1. A short-stacked Wolfgang van Breukelen pushed all in for 1,200, Franciscus Dekkers called and John Duthie, in the big blind I believe, checked his option.

Both remaining players checked the {8-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop, only for Dekkers to check-call, albeit it after a quick recheck of the cards, a bet of 1,000 from Duthie on the {9-Hearts} turn.

The {10-Diamonds} on the river led to a quick bet of 2,000 from Dekkers, which Duthie called. "Sick," commented van Breukelen as Dekkers flipped {J-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for the straight, van Breukelen's {Q-Spades}{2-Spades} leading on the flop, but out-gunned on the turn.

Duthie, meanwhile, confessed to pocket aces. "I didn't look preflop," he added.
